Please keep in mind, I work a full time job as a nurse. I will respond to E-Mails within 2-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please do not send multiple emails regarding the same issue unless it is past the 3rd business day of no response. Emails do sometimes go to spam which cannot be helped, so please allow grace. Please remember, business days are M-F, does not includes weekends of holidays.

TAT

My TAT ranges between 3-6 weeks depending on product. This does not include holidays and weekends. Please do not contact me regarding when your order will ship and asking when your order will be done. I will not answer emails regarding this as that takes away from me completing orders. I do not control USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once an order leaves my hands I no longer have control over the product being delivered to you. Please order your product with enough time to be completed. If an order needs to be rushed please contact me to discuss this and a rush order fee will be applied. My TAT does NOT including shippng time, it is strictly when the order will be shipped from me and sent out.
